Custom Item problem Empty Custom Item problem

Yeah... i tried to get the devil horns from the custom hat NPC for 30 mithiril coins and i haven't even gotten it but i lost my mithiril and please could the admin go check the logs to see for himself and help me out please my Character name for which i tried to obtain the devil horns was my wizard (Treasure H U N T E R)

And now when i connect to Mercy-RO it says connecting to Shadow-RO and my old account has been deleted... is something going on here?
