Where's Admin? Empty Where's Admin?

I was promised a GM position, so I am wondering how to contact the admin in-game, or a GM who can recruit. And do not ban me for wondering when he will fulfill his promise. Do not ban me, do not delete this post. If you do, I will remake it as many times at it takes before you get so tired, you just give up.
